Mention the name Lotus and the first thing that comes to mind is its range of spicy Speculoos cookies. However, following the merger with Corona and a number of acquisitions large and small, the company’s product range has come to include much more than this famed cookie. Today the assortment runs to almost 100 recipes. To stay on top of these recipes and their ingredients, the company was compelled to invest in a suitable software package. Lotus Bakeries found the solution in Adifo’s “BESTMIX® Food”, a package which began to pay for itself immediately after implementation.
