We have 7 feed plants in 4 countries (China, Korea, the Philippines and Vietnam) and use about 200 recipes. BESTMIX® Feed Formulation and BESTMIX® LIMS software ensure efficient and accurate formulations.  The Multiperiod Multiblend module especially provides an optimum solution for purchasing amounts and positions, guaranteeing the best use of ingredients in different plants, and reducing our raw material costs.

We use BESTMIX® to formulate about 1.600 formulas in 8 plants.  BESTMIX saves us a lot of time due to its extensive multiblend functionality and its strong integration with ERP and production.  BESTMIX® thinks ahead, as we can already generate Carbon Foot Print information and publish it on our labels as customer information.  We will be using many more BESTMIX® functions in the future.

Adifo facilitated us to comply with the new European REACH legislation by developing a new software module with BESTMIX®. Their REACH module reduces our administrative burden considerably and enables us to formulate efficiently while always keeping within the legal bounds.

Zwanenberg Food Group is a prominent producer of deli meats and a leading producer and exporter of meat preserves. The advantage of BESTMIX® recipe management is that we use just one source for product developers, declarations and other users of recipes. This means we no longer ‘waste’ time registering in many software applications at many desks, and we avoid the risk of making mistakes in individual registrations. 

Part of the implementation of MILAS® in Agruniek Rijnvallei is the Automatic Central Order Entry system. The result is greater efficiency and better quality of the delivery and invoicing process.  

The MILAS® ERP solution integrates fully the administration, manufacturing, formulation and quality assurance of our 6 production factories (using different control systems) and more than 10 external warehouses.  

Bolletje is a manufacturer of bakery products in the Netherlands, with a wide range of products in different segments. Since the implementation of BESTMIX four years ago, managing all our recipes and product specifications has become much easier.
